Order Processing and Notifications

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving payment. You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number.​
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and any delays of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Customs Disclaimer
​
Customers residing in the United States may be required to pay customs fees in addition to the shipping fee for their order.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Returns Policy
As all of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our products.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
​
If you receive a damaged, misprinted or defective item, please submit your claim using our online form. Your claim should include the following: order number, description of the issue, and a photo of the product showing the issue. Claims must be submitted within 15 days after you have received the product. If the claim is accepted, we will offer a full refund of the product cost.
Orders Lost in Transit

If your order has been lost in transit, please submit your claim using our online form, no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
